Registered Nurse-PACU Full Time Rotating
The Registered Nurse embodies the attributes of the Relationship Based Care model and performs to PPM core functions. Under the direction of the department leadership, consistently reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the State of Illinois Nurse Practice Act, the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Care Coordination
- Performs a comprehensive assessment on all assigned patients as evidenced by completed documentation.
- Communicates changes in patient's condition promptly.
