Shift: 3 - 12's (6:00am-6:30pm or 8:00am - 8:30pm) w/ CALL
On-call requirements-
Added to Weekend Rotation, Friday Rotation, and Weeknights On- call shifts...
Agency RN will average 3 on-call shifts in a 6 week period...
One Summer/One Winter On-call shift (included in the 3 calls per 6 weeks schedule)...
6:00a-6:30p is pre-op
8:00am - 8:30pm is post-op
Certifications required: Trauma Certified - Must have TNCC, PALS, ACLS&
TNCC cert required within 3 weeks of start date...
Years of experience required: 2+...
Experience required: Critical Care or PACU
Level I Trauma experience and ICU background required...
Experience preferred: SICU, MICU and CTICU experience...
Patient mix: Adults, Peds&
Floating requirement: Possible float if needed to the Tabor GI or pain center...
RTO due at time of submission, RTO after submission will not be accepted...
