Registered Nurse – Oakwood Commons Long Term Community
Rotation: Friday, Saturday, Thursday, Monday (biweekly)
Rate of Pay: $36.06 - $54.59 (as per collective agreement)
Responsibilities
- Perform assessment and planning of resident needs, delivery of skilled procedures, medication administration and documentation.
- Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with policies, provincial regulations and the RN scope of practice.
- Collaborate with residents or substitute decision makers regarding needs, preferences, and health status at move‑in or changes in status.
- Create, develop and evaluate plan of care and goals of care with residents or decision makers.
