Residency Program: The 52 week, three 12. 5 hour shift, curriculum consists of classroom didactics , skill labs, simulation labs, a two-week critical care course, and clinical hours with the Clinical Nurse Educators and preceptors. After the first 16-week of the program, the nursing residents are transitioned to a full-time clinical setting with their preceptors, which includes a two-week rotation with The emergency Department Critical C...
