Summary We are seeking an RN for the Resource Pool who will be responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care. The ideal candidate will coordinate care with a focus on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, experience, and innovative problem-solving skills are required to manage complex care across various patient care areas.
