Our Registered Nurses are a part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
You will earn: up to $48.40 per hour PLUS $15,000 Sign On Bonus - NEW WAGES!!

- Starting Wages $36.00 - $40.00 per hour based on years of certification!
- PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
- PLUS $5.00 per hour Shift Premium for 7PM - 7AM shifts
- PLUS - $15,000 sign on bonus, paid out MONTHLY
- $1,250 bonus pay out monthly for 12 months!!
