Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care or Medical-Surgical RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Pass background screening and drug testing
- Provide direct nursing care
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
