Surgery Department (OR/CVOR; Operating Room) Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Analyst I
We are looking for nurses with a passion for Surgical Nursing and Patient Advocacy. Our Baxter Health OR/CVOR has 13 operating rooms and averages 650 cases per month. Our cases include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Plastics, Ear Nose Throat (ENT), Urology and Gynecological (GYN) procedures. We have a highly skilled, dedicated team of patient advocates that work in an interdisciplinary team environment. New employees progress through an extensive orientation that uses the Association of Peri-operative Registered Nurses (AORN) Standards to guide our practice. All new nurses complete the AORN Peri-op 101 course, provided by the hospital, during the first six months of employment. One (1) year of AORN membership is also provided. All staff is encouraged to become active on our Unit Based Council to enable them to impact their own nursing practice and participate i...
