- Provide direct nursing care and administer medications to residents, ensuring adherence to physician's orders and facility policies.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments on residents upon admission and on an ongoing basis, identifying physical and mental health needs and reporting any changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that medical and psychiatric needs are integrated into the overall care plan.
