Position Summary BrightStar Care of Lake County is seeking a skilled part-time Registered Nurse to deliver home-based infusion therapy, clinical case management, and skilled nursing visits. This role includes 20 guaranteed paid hours per week (field + office time) with flexible daytime scheduling and no nights. We are not a Medicare agency—no OASIS, no SOC/ROC/Recert marathons, and no Medicare-driven visit quotas.
