Job Description: * Brightstar Care is looking for passionate RNs committed to delivering exceptional care to join our team in a new program for Advanced Medical Care at home. Be a part of an exciting new venture with a nationally recognized healthcare organization providing emergency room care in the home. * Responsibilities: * Responsible for starting the patients care which includes a comprehensive nursing assessment, medication reconciliation, safety assessments and participate in telehealth rounds with physicians, * Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible outcome. * Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians. * Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. * Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administrating injections etc.) and fill in patient's charts. * Adjust and administer patient's medication (typically intravenously) and provide treatm...
