Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical/Telemetry assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients requiring telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical interventions. This unit specializes in stroke and TIA patients while also caring for higher-acuity medical-surgical populations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong telemetry skills, stroke care experience, and the ability to manage complex medical conditions in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN License Required
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
