An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and dedicated Scrub Scout Registered Nurse with Orthopaedics/Urology experience to join a high-performing team at a private hospital in Melbourne. ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred perioperative care, while contributing to a safe, collaborative, and high-quality clinical environment. You will also take a leadership role in coordinating care and supporting Enrolled Nurses and junior staff. As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred perioperative care;

Performing comprehensive assessments and developing care plans;

Supporting and guiding ENs, technicians, and students;

Collaborating with Surgeons, Anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams;
