Job Description
Registered Nurse Position: * Bowel care 4 days per week and * One rectal suppository and a Normal saline enema to be given * Bladder care once every 3 weeks * Skin assessment during visit Visits time: 6:30am Responsibilities * Care for individual based on personalized Plan of Care Informs the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel of changes in the clients conditions and needs * Counsels client and family through care process while updating family on a regular basis * Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws * Participates in agency performance improvement activities and continuously staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care * Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients homes. * Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home.
