**Job Highlights:**
**RN – Stepdown / Critical Care**
**Location:** Mount Vernon, IL
**Schedule**
+ 7:00 PM - 7 AM
+ Rotating days
+ Every other weekend
+ Holiday rotation
+ **No on-call requirement**
**PRN Requirements**
+ Minimum 4 shifts per month
+ 24-hour weekend requirement
+ 1 holiday per year
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify changes in condition
+ Recognize early signs of patient deterioration
+ Interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms (A-fib, VTach, bradyarrhythmias)
+ Manage high-flow oxygen, BiPAP/CPAP, and respiratory monitoring
+ Administer cardiac medications and non-titrating vasoactive infusions
+ Perform IV therapy, central line care, and follow CLABSI preventi...
