Job Description
**Registered Nurse - Critical Care Transport (0.9FTE Night), Everett.**
Shifts start at 5pm or 7pm (12 hours).
This position is based out of Everett.
Responsible for the safety of patients prior to and during transport to medical care facilities. This includes the provision of basic patient care as well as advanced life support measures required to stabilize the critically ill or injured patient, demonstration of proficiency in neonatal and pediatric critical care nursing and knowledge of the adaptations necessary for patient management in the ambulance or aircraft and during transit. The Transport Nurse must also be familiar with ambulance and aircraft operating procedures and safety practices.
As an integral member of the Transport Team, the Transport RN functions within the Scope of Practice as defined by Washington State, the ANA Scope and Standards for Pediatric Nursing Practice, and adheres to Seattle Children's Hospital policies/procedures and guide...
