Job Summary:
Provide direct and indirect nursing care in an urgent care/emergency setting. The role requires rapid assessment, clinical decision-making, and the ability to respond effectively to changes in patient condition while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient triage, assessment, and reassessment based on clinical priority.
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care across all patient age groups.
- Assist physicians in emergency procedures such as:
- Intubation
- Chest tube insertion
- Fracture reduction
- Wound care
