Job Description
**BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend SOC (Admissions) for a Per Diem opportunity throughout Baltimore County, Carroll County and Harford County, MD.**
**This per diem position is to service clients within senior living communities– it’s home health without the typical home health commute!**
**Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday between 8:30am-5:00pm.**
***Current Home Health and Oasis experience are required***
**One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse is required. As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.**
