Job Description
Nurses will commence work as a Healthcare Assistant until they have completed a CAP course in New Zealand and obtained their full nursing registration after which they will then continue working with the same employer as a Registered Nurse. As a registered nurse you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of care to elderly residents including assessments, planning and hands-on care. You will provide day to day supervision of others within the clinical care team and ensure that medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored.
