Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available for skilled, motivated Registered Nurses with at least 2 years of acute surgical experience to join the Surgical Department on a full-time or part-time basis, working on a rotational roster at a private hospital in Melbourne. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering evidence-based nursing care;

  • Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs), to deliver high-quality patient care;

  • Delivering education and support to patients to assist with health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs;

  • Leading successful quality improvement and safety management projects to achieve desired outcomes;

  • Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs;
