This permanent part-time position involves working day-evening shifts with alternate weekends. You will care for older adults with complex medical conditions, focusing on improving their quality of life and addressing holistic care strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate nursing interventions and medications
• Deliver client-centered care with an interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate on individualized care plans with Registered Nurses
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration in good standing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C certification required
• Preferred experience with geriatrics and complex needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
