INTRODUCTION
A. This position is located at our Raleigh Radiology Blue Ridge facility in Wake County.
B. The primary function of the registered MRI technologist at Raleigh Radiology is to provide MR studies to outpatients.
C. The technologist is responsible for the coordination of patient care. He/she follows established protocols, policies, procedures, and specific instructions.
D. The technologist must be ARRT (MR) registered.
E. This position reports to the MRI Supervisor and/or the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations.
F. The technologist works under the direction of the radiologist, which may include on-site or remote supervision.
