Shape your career as a Multi-Specialty Registered Veterinary Technologist at Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Centre, AB. This full-time role encompasses anesthesia training and hands-on patient care.
Successful candidates will be AHT registered and eligible for Alberta’s AAAHT/ABVMA registration. You will work in a collaborative setting, displaying compassion and interpersonal strengths while managing a wide array of veterinary tasks. Your duties will involve direct client interactions and support across various specialties under expert supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Start client appointments and manage sample collections
• Submit radiographs and assist with processing
• Train in CT scans and other diagnostics
• Oversee sedated and anesthetized patients
• Maintain timely and organized patient records
