Registrar & Administrative Assistant
The Registrar & Administrative Assistant position is responsible for database management and assisting the school administrative team and business office as needed. A strong commitment to Catholic education is required. Three years of experience as an elementary or middle school registrar or a position associated with the collection and data entry into a student information system is preferred. Superior interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary. Competencies include a strong sense of urgency and accuracy in carrying-out job responsibilities, ability to identify implied tasks when assisting in daily campus operations, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize for results, ability to identify and correct data anomalies within student information system that may identify data errors or incorrect coding, and ability to maintain composure in a busy and demanding environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
