Registration Clerk Duties
Greet and assist patients with registration process.
Collect and verify patient information.
Enter patient data into registration system.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
Take payments and issue receipts.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Assist with insurance verification and processing.
Provide excellent customer service to patients.
