The Registry Coordinator role sits within the academic administration function, providing comprehensive support to students and faculty across areas of assessment management, academic records, and learning platform coordination.
Student Support and Communication
- Respond to student inquiries via the GISMA Registry mailboxes regarding programme structure, credits, assessments, and academic policies.
- Provide timely and professional support during weekly online office hours.
- Participate in student inductions and tutorial sessions to support new enrolments.
Assessment Administration and Tracking
- Track submissions and monitor marking progress on Canvas, ensuring submission folders are correctly set up and accessible.
