Job Description
- Assist court users with Probate, Mental Capacity Act, or Adoption applications.
Handle counter duty and follow up on application or court-related enquiries.
Process applications and court orders within stipulated timelines, including eLitigation filings.
Manage fixture and hearing lists weekly and update relevant parties on upcoming sessions.
Follow directions from Judicial Officers and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as in a team.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
Duration /Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
