Duties: Develop the risk management strategy for the Finance function with a focus on robust risk challenges and mitigations for capital. Ensure adherence to all risk-related regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of compliance. Provide independent, objective risk support for capital management, including detailed planning, accurate forecasting, recovery and resolution planning. Interpret capital regulations. Assist in overseeing capital calculations and reporting. Participate in comprehensive, independent reviews and challenges of ongoing and quarterly business and capital management to ensure compliance with US Basel rules. Help determine strategic approaches to quarterly forecasting, ensuring the delivery of reliable results.
