The Paralegal serves as a central point of contact for managing regulatory complaints, inquiries, and examinations involving Brown & Brown, its affiliates, and its licensed professionals nationwide. This role coordinates responses to state insurance regulators, partners with internal stakeholders to gather accurate documentation, and ensures timely, compliant, and well-supported regulatory submissions.
