We are currently recruiting for solicitors, solicitor‑advocates or barristers to join our Regulatory team to undertake inquests for the police and other emergency services, insurers and healthcare clients.
This is predominantly an advocacy role and regular attendance at court is required.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and prepare inquest cases for court;
- Prepare written submissions on the law;
- Attend inquests and undertake advocacy on our clients’ behalf;
- Deal with post inquest issues including prevention of future deaths reports;
- Manage a case load of files;
