:As a Regulatory Training Advisor within the XLoS Regulatory Reporting team, you will serve as a key escalation point and subject matter expert for regulatory and mandatory training matters, providing expert advice and guidance on complex training‑related queries, including exceptions and breaches. Your role will focus on thorough investigation, sound judgement, and recommending effective solutions, shifting from general execution to strategic advisory. You will proactively validate data to prevent issues, provide expert guidance on Audit Risk and Quality (ARQ) matters, and act as a trusted partner driving quality and compliance through enhanced tutor sourcing and delivery. This is a high-impact role demanding resilience, strong relationship management, and influencing skills to advise the business effectively.
