Responsibilities
- To undertake specialized uni-professional, multi-professional assessments to develop and implement treatment plans for clients referred to the service. These clients will present with variety of complex multi pathologies within specialist areas, including neurological conditions , musculoskeletal conditions, age related disorders, learning disability and mental health diagnosis.
