+ Part Time - 15 Hours/Week
+ Shift Times - 8am - 4pm
+ Primary Work Days - Thursday & Friday
+ Work Location - Outpatient Rehab Dept at Allen Hospital

**General Summary**
The Rehab Services Secretary schedules and registers all patients for Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy outpatient services. The Rehab Services Secretary is responsible for posting charges, assigning ICD-9 codes to outpatients, performs routine office procedures, transcribes patient data, verifies insurance, maintains inventory of supply and assists in preparation and clean-up of patient therapies. Promotes the institution’s philosophy, mission and values during all interactions with patients, families, staff and others.
