Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Rehab Therapy Supervisor – DH for their Fort Wayne, IN location. Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for daily operations and assists the Manager/Directors department initiatives.
+ These include but are not limited to personnel management, innovation, financial stability, sound unprejudiced judgment, corporate compliance with safety practices, and accreditation/licensure requirements.
+ Is responsible for the organization, implementation, and supervision of the department's technical aspects through implementation and monitoring of policies/procedures and program development and growth, as needed.
+ Has a strong understanding of the overall therapy workflow within the department.
+ Assigns unbiased work through the development of scheduled work hours for staff that supports the mission and values of client.
