Curate and validate occupational therapy training materials for AI systems Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to enhance AI understanding of rehabilitation processes Analyze patient case data to define therapy goals and simulated outcomes Contribute to the design and validation of AI-enabled occupational therapy programs Provide expert feedback to refine AI performance and user experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation within structured AI workflows Requirements Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR or equivalent) with relevant clinical experience Strong skills in rehabilitation program planning and clinical documentation Experience teaching, mentoring, or working with assistive technology Ability to analyze functional and medical data for goal setting Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled collaborative environment Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
