Job Purpose

Achieve assigned KPIs and wealth targets through proactive sales activities such as acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and cross‑selling wealth solutions like Bancassurance/Takaful and cash management. This role involves growing deposits and fee‑based income, enhancing customer stickiness, and consistently analysing portfolios to identify upselling opportunities. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and a positive experience is key.
