The role

We are growing our team with an entrepreneurial Relationship Manager who wants to build and own a book of high-net-worth client relationships from the ground up. We value trust, teamwork, and adaptability. This is a sales‑oriented seat for a hunter: someone who can originate new client relationships, convert opportunities, and own the follow‑through required to build trust over time.
You will join on a fixed‑term contract designed as a runway to a permanent role: a defined window to prove you can originate, convert, and grow client relationships on the Arta platform, with a clear path to converting to a full‑time seat – and materially greater upside – once you do.
