Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new business clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable financing solutions (secured and unsecured loans)
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet loan disbursement targets
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and proper KYC/documentation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or other related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or client-facing sales experience (candidates from financial services, construction, IT, or related industries are welcome to apply)
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
