We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager RM with experience in the Forex FX trading industry.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, support and issue resolution.
- Regularly engage with clients to increase trading activity and retention.
- Assist clients with platform understanding (MT4/MT5 or similar) and trading processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (dealing support, compliance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
- Monitor client performance and provide insights or guidance where required.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems.
