Job Description
The Relationship Manager, Equity Plan Solutions develops solid, long-term professional relationships with clients and prospects. They identify and refer new business opportunities to the Head of Client Management, and follow-up with existing customers to improve service and customer value.
Hybrid work: 2-3 days per week in office.
Locations: Toronto, ON or Calgary, AB.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure TSX Trust EPS mandate is achieved, develop relationships with Plan Sponsor contacts, and understand and communicate Plan service requirements internally.
- Communicate and coordinate servicing and operational activities with appropriate departments within the organization.
- Directly interface with clients, manage requests and inquiries, investigate and resolve issues as needed.
