Overview
To create a network of high performing Partners and promulgate initiatives within each Partner to achieve sales productivity targets through sustainable partnership. Recruit, Coach, Mentor, Support and Retain Partners and drive them to achieve new business productivity renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit prospective Partners.
- Select and onboard Partners and manage Partner income.
- Own the operational aspects of coding a new Partner and other day-to-day interactions with support functions whenever required.
- Engage initiatives to ensure Managing Partner – PO productivity.
- Achieve the assigned recruitment target of partner offices through various recruitment activities.
- Actively involve PPs in activities pertaining to recruitment and new agent activation.
- Responsible for advisor activation, creation and retention.
