Roles & Responsibilities Relationship Manager (Royal CASA Sales)
- Acquire new High Net Worth (HNI) and affluent customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Royal/Privilege banking customers to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Drive CASA acquisition, liability growth, and portfolio expansion through customer sourcing and referrals.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, Loans, and Investment Products.
- Provide personalized financial solutions based on customer requirements and financial goals.
- Manage customer portfolios and increase wallet share by deepening existing relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
