Job Description

Lula is seeking a high-performance Relationship Manager to drive B2 B growth by facilitating access to capital for SMEs. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end sales process for funding facilities between R10k and R500k. This role requires a specialist who can convert high-volume applications while strategically monitoring portfolio performance to facilitate increased capital exposure for growing businesses. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Conversion: Efficiently process and respond to business funding applications to meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets. Technical Application Analysis: Accurately interpret business bank data and financial metrics to determine which applications meet the criteria for Credit Risk assessment. Exposure Scaling: Proactively identify existing clients within the R10k–R500k bracket who qualify for higher credit limits or increased capital exposure based on their repayment history and financial performance.
