Job Description
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing and newly assigned SME borrowers
- Maintain a profitable, low-NPL loan book with proactive monitoring
- Develop deep knowledge of each borrower, including cash flow cycles and business performance
- Conduct regular business reviews and recommend cross-sell or upsell opportunities
