We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Loan Officer with at least 1 year of experience and a Diploma or Degree in a business-related field. The role involves sourcing clients, processing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, setting repayment terms, and ensuring timely collections. You’ll also manage repeat clients, maintain accurate records, and uphold excellent customer service and professionalism. Strong communication skills and the ability to meet targets are essential.
