Job Description
Responsible for managing full-service banking relationships while providing exceptional customer experience to a portfolio of high net-worth customers; acquire new relationships through direct prospecting and by developing a network of internal and external referral sources; cultivate, expand and strengthen existing relationships through in-depth profiling and thorough financial needs assessment as well as understanding the customer's unique requirements and staying abreast of the customer's needs: devise customized financial strategies and alternatives and display creativity in formulating integrated solutions by acquiring a broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust, wealth transfer and financial planning; engage the Bank's resources to deliver a complete wealth management solution and fulfill the customer's immediate and future financial needs; act as the Bank's conduit by referring opportunities to other lines of business, at the same time generate growth in the customer's b...
