Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Management Analyst for a 18+ month contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage release-related Change Requests within the ServiceNow platform
  • Support execution by managing requests to ensure timely approvals and alignment with release schedules
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, communicate and deploy weekly and on demand (expedited / emergency) releases on a rotational basis (nights & some weekends)
  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet relevant business requirements
