Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination:
Plan the release of project deliverables and manage the release life cycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on plans, timelines, and requirements.
Collaborate with teams to create and maintain release schedules, including dependencies and resource availability.
Agile Practices and Facilitation:
Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
Facilitate ART events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Promote Agile principles and practices across teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify risks that could delay releases and proactively manage them to ensure scope, schedule, and qu...
