Release Train Engineer
Work Setup: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Regular Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) who will play a key role in leading Agile Release Trains (ART) and supporting multiple Agile teams in delivering high‑quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments and excellent leadership, facilitation, and coordination skills.
Key Qualifications
- Familiarity with DevOps, continuous delivery, and flow‑based delivery practices
- Proven experience serving as Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Leader in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment
