RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify high-risk failure modes early in design life cycle.
- Identify sub-components that should be subject to endurance and fatigue testing (Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)
- Collaborate with design engineering and architecture teams to reduce risk.
- Develop and perform laboratory tests for endurance and fatigue testing.
- Develop and perform Design Verification Tests (DVT)
- Support failure analysis, post sales product engineering, modeling/predicting of abnormal condition failure exposure, answer pre-sales reliability metrics like MTTR, MTBF, etc. <...
